He is survived by: his wife Mindy Richey; his children, Brian Pickens of Adam Pickens and Haley Pickett; and his siblings, Franklin D Richey of Florida, Martha Seay of Millport, AL and Mary Bingham of Fort Payne, AL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
