He is survived by: his father Primus Norvell Kelly, Sr.; his siblings, Jeffery Kelly, Kathy (Alton Williams), Carol Wood (Johnny) and Lesia Holden (Bruce); and his children, Quentin Buckner, Delicia Davis (Kevin), Starvose Edwards and Shakaila Jones. He is also survived by 11 grandkids.
