He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Black, Tammy Mann (James) and Cindy Luker (Kevin); his grandchildren, Dusty Black, Amber Boggs, Mason Black, Cortney Matherson, Nicholas Mann, Gabriel Mann, Kayla Luker, Timothy Luker, James Luker and Austin Luker; his great grandchildren, Tessa Black, Maci Boggs, Ava Grace Mann, Bella Boggs, Henley Gardner, Brigston Dodd, Kynadee Mann, Blakely Mann and Emersyn Mann; and his siblings, Ricky Matherson (Teresa) and Betty Ettress (Paul).
