He is survived by: his wife Genevieve Calfee; his children, Mindy Calfee Miller (Mitchell), Michael Reed Calfee (Jennifer), Jonathan Brent Calfee (Jan) and Benjaman Clay Calfee (Beth Campbell); his grandchildren, Michael Shane Calfee (Nicole), Andrew Kyle Miller, Lauren Elizabeth Miller, Clayton Michael Calfee, Nathan Brent Calfee, Grace Marie Calfee, Addison Kendrick, Preslie Kendrick and Natalie Kendrick; his great grandchild James Reed Calfee; and his brother Kenneth Calfee (Connie).
