He is survived by: his mother Barbara Middleton; his siblings, Cindy "Lulu" Wilson (Mike) and Tony Benefield (Amanda); and his daughters, Katelynn Adair (Myles) and Libby Letcher. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, neices, nephews and cousins.
