He is survived by: his wife Eddie Lee Wright; his children, Donna Taylor (Foster), Thomas Moon, Jesse Blackmon, Harriet Dunklin (Dextric), Tamypko Riggins and Melvin Wright, Jr.; his grandchildren, Antwisha Leigh (Barron), LaDonna, Jarman (Ashley), Tommy, Dekaveon, Orentheal, Cory, Tory, Kierra and Sid; his siblings, Era Robinson (Freddie) and Tommie Lee Holley (Wynetta); his siblings-in-law, Everett Moon, Perry Moon, Charles, Dorothy Graham, Shirley Moon and Anita Fuller; his daughters, Laura Aker of South Carolina, Debra Kelley and Jekeisha Goggans; and his friends, John Williams, Corner Store Crew, Mabel Shealey, Jerry Ford, Samuel Alexander, Melvin Freeman, Delois Russaw and Pamela Leonard. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
