She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Maddox (Bruce), Karen Tubbs (Johnny) and Lori Slay (Rusty); her grandchildren, Kellie Lansford (Wes), Clint Maddox, Josh Tubbs (Jennifer), Jake Tubbs (Lauren), Chelsea Slay and Carlee Slay; her stepgranddaughters, Amy Smith (Kane) and Kerri Anderson (Jay); her great grandchildren, Morgan Lansford (Haley), Cole Lansford, Ramsey Lansford, Kai Tubbs, Jessie Tubbs and Stetson Tubbs; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Michael Polland, Caleb Polland and Abigail Polland; and her sisters, Annette McGrady and Deborah Haisten. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
