He was predeceased by: his parents, Bennie Kelley and Janie Kelley; and his brothers, Billy Wayne Kelley (Chae) and Eugene Kelley (Wanda). He is survived by: his wife Lisa Kelley; his siblings, Mildred Jenkins, Donald Kelley (Glenda), Bobby Kelley (Debbie), Joe Kelley (Karen), Tony Kelley and Renita Brown; and his children, Tim Epperson Kelley (Son Dee), Tonya Mitchell (Jay) and Sonya Kelley. He is also survived by five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
