She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Abbott and Viola Thomas; her stepfather Lawrence Earl Thomas; and her brother Charles Abbott. She is survived by: her sons, Tim Dankson (Lynne) of Yulee, FL, Mike Dankson (Debbie) of Sylacauga, AL and Chris Dankson (Christie) of Northport, AL; and her grandchildren, Matthew, Joshua, Katie, CJ, Cason, Lydia, Brooke, Charity, Michaela and Cami. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, she has asked that donations be made to the First Free Will Baptist Church, 50 Kings Road, Sylacauga, AL 35151 - Building Fund.
