He is survived by: his wife Mary Epperson of Sylacauga; and his children, Cherry Brown of Bessemer, Deanna Sapp (Buddy) of Sylacauga, Christy McDonald (Scott) of Sylacauga, Billy Davison of Sylacauga and Peggy Moore (Terry) of Sylacauga. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, 12 great-great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
