He was predeceased by: his parents, Houston Maddox and Leeomea Maddox (Sarah Burton Maddox). He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Maddox; his children, Keith Maddox, Kevin Maddox (Janice) and Kimberly Williams; and his sister Geraldine Lovett. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
