She was predeceased by: her husband Hudson Bussie; her parents, Elijah Blair and Zella Pearl Blair; and her siblings, Elston Blair, Byron Blair, Hugh Blair and Polly Blair Herd.

She is survived by: her children, Janice Snyder (Jerry), Rodney Bussie and Vivian Reinhardt; and her grandchildren, Rodney Reinhardt (Melissa), Brian Reinhardt (Jessica), Robin Bussie Scheer (Caleb), Jennifer Bussie McGhee (Adam), Tammy Hawkins (Chuck), Jaime Mentel (Charles) and Jonathon Rodgers (Candace). She is also survived by her 22 great grandchildren.
