He was predeceased by: his former wife Angela Troutman; and his parents, Jake Baker and Helen Baker. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Baker; his siblings, Steven Baker of Wallula, Kevin Baker of Wasilla, Janet Terwillegar of College Place, Cheryl Fredson of Weston and Cherie Baker of Milton-Freewater, Oregon; and his former wife Kathy Gaughan. He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews.
