He is survived by: his daughter Ashley N. Kelley of Sylacauga; his mother Peggy B. Johnson of Sylacauga; his brother Jeff Kelley of Sylacauga; his stepsisters, Lisa McDaniel of Birmingham and Karen Whitley of Birmingham; and his niece Shea Turner of Birmingham. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.

The family will receive flowers or donations may be made to the Sylacauga High School Golf Booster Club.
