She was predeceased by: her parents, Rado Cotney and Mildred McGill Cotney; her sister Carol Cotney Hardy; and her grandson Dakota Blaine Castleberry. She is survived by: her sons, Tommy Castleberry (Vicki) and Steve Castleberry (Kelly); her grandchildren, Cotney Castleberry and Carolina Castleberry; and her nephews, Brian Smith and Kenny Smith (Kim).
