It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Mae Heath in Sylacauga, Alabama, who passed away on November 7, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rhonda Horton and Clifford Horton; her husband Jessie Heath; her daughter Martha Smith; and her siblings, Robert Horton, Flora Horton and Shermon Horton.
She is survived by: her brother Henry Horton (Audrene); her sister-in-law Diane Horton; her grandsons, Kenny Darling (Amy) and Shane Darling (Mandy); and her great grandchildren, Drew Darling (Amanda), Kayleigh Darling, Savannah Duffee (Caleb) and Jessica Darling. She is also survived by five great great grandchildren.
