He is survived by: his children, Jasmine Devine (Jason), Dixie Harwell (William Windsor), April Marie Rose, Charles "Charlie" Harwell and Thomas Harwell; his grandchildren, Toby Devine, Jayden Sizemore, Genie Devine and Aubrey Sizemore; and his stepchildren, Summer Pearson and Dameon Pearson.
