He was predeceased by: his wife Rebecca Lou Bullard; and his parents, William C. and Mary E. Bullard. He is survived by: his son Donald B. "Barry" Bullard; his sister Mary "Susie" Hughes; his great grandchild Noah Rowan; and his pet Bama. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Radney-Smith Funeral Home (320 N Elm Ave, Sylacauga, AL 35150). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Radney-Smith Chapel (320 N Elm Ave, Sylacauga, AL 35150).
