With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Clyde Maynard Earley Jr. of Sylacauga, Alabama, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Clyde left this world on November 21, 2024 at the age of 98, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde, Sr. Earley and Bessie Earley; his daughters, Terri Edwards and Traci Earley; and his sisters, Joyce Brooks and Francis Ingram.
He is survived by: his brothers, Jimmy Earley and Frankie Earley; his children, Tim Earley (Gill), Tammy Bartow (Murry) and Tina Earley-Smithson (Rusty); and his son-in-law Mike Edwards. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home (1591 Gadsden Hwy, Birmingham, AL 35235). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Clyde Earley's name to Fayetteville Methodist Church located at 5441 Old Fayetteville Road in Sylacauga, AL 35151; the Alzheimer's Association; or your favorite charity.
