He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Faulkner and Naomi Faulkner; his daughter Laurie Faulkner; and his siblings, Raymond Faulkner, Leon Faulkner, Alice Moore, Lillie Mae Hughes, Lois Varner, Jeanette Carpenter, Faye Price and Ruby McPherson.

He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Faulkner; his children, David Faulkner (Debra) of Sylacauga and Lisa Cosby (Dennis) of Ashford; his stepchildren, Lynette Phelps of Flower Mound, TX, Tammy Schuster (Steve) of Alvarado, TX and Daren Gann (Sue) of Burleson, TX; his grandchildren, Michael Chase Etress (Kylie), Conrad Schuster, Chapelle Schuster, Whitney Cambell, Steven Warden and Jennifer Birdsong; and his siblings, Danny Faulkner of Montgomery, Johnny Faulkner of Sylacauga and Edna Ruth Gallman of Talladega. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
