He was predeceased by: his parents, William Waldo Rowell and Lela Marie Jackson Rowell; and his siblings, Bill Rowell (Bobbe) and Carolyn Rowell Leeds (Bob). He is survived by: his wife Gloria Jane Garrett Rowell; his children, Andrew Rowell (Judy), LeAnne Carter (Cub) and Mariesa Rowell (Scott); his grandchildren, Mandi Canter (Chris), Michael Carter (Ashley), Bowen, Jamey, Drew Rowell, Paige, Daniel, Will Severson and Dillion Driskell; and his great grandchildren, Case, Brooks and Audrey Canter.
