With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Albert Jerome Rowell (Sylacauga, Alabama), born in Defuniak Springs, Florida, who passed away on May 15, 2024 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Albert Jerome Rowell to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Waldo Rowell and Lela Marie Jackson Rowell; and his siblings, Bill Rowell (Bobbe) and Carolyn Rowell Leeds (Bob). He is survived by: his wife Gloria Jane Garrett Rowell; his children, Andrew Rowell (Judy), LeAnne Carter (Cub) and Mariesa Rowell (Scott); his grandchildren, Mandi Canter (Chris), Michael Carter (Ashley), Bowen, Jamey, Drew Rowell, Paige, Daniel, Will Severson and Dillion Driskell; and his great grandchildren, Case, Brooks and Audrey Canter.

In lieu of Flowers, memorial contributions can be given to the St. Andrew UMC.
