He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Linzey and Izola Cave; and his brother Bobby Cave. He is survived by: his wife Wilma Loyce Cave; his children, Randall Cave, Timothy Roger Anderson, Sherry Cave Atkins (Nolan "Tuffy"), Donna Cave Palmer (Will Stebbins) and Suzanne Renea Sullivan (Joe David); and his siblings, Ernest Cave (Patricia), Penny Andrews and Nell Roberts. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
