She is survived by: her parents, Benjamin D. Ballard, Sr. and Sherbie Jean Hepstall Ballard; her children, Phillip Johnson, Jr. and Deborah Jean Johnson; and her brother Benjamin D. Ballard, III. She is also survived by two grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hickory Grove Cemetery. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
