She was predeceased by: her father Curtis Lamar Stephens, Sr.. She is survived by: her mother Margaret Ann Stephens; her brother Curtis Lamar Stephens, Jr.; her niece Margaret Sommers (John); and her nephews, Michael Harrington (Amanda) and Greg Harrington (Leslie). She is also survived by six great nephews, and three great nieces.

Deborah Ann Stephens age 58 of Sweet Water, AL died February 17, 2020 at Rush Foundation Hospital.
