She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel C. Miller and Ruby Elizabeth Oates Miller; her husband Rentz S. Lewis, Sr.; and her sisters, Sarah Bonner and Sammie Lee Hobbs.
She is survived by: her sons, Miller Lewis (Krista) and Allen Ford Lewis of Sweet Water, Alabama; her grandchildren, Ella Grace Lewis, Rentz Lewis and Quinn Lewis; her pet Doctor Gunner; and her friend Frances Atkins.
Due to Covid19, a private graveside service will be held Sunday, May 1, 2020, at the Paynes Chapel Cemetery in Dixons Mills, Alabama, with Father Travis Burnett officiating.
