She was predeceased by: her parents, Halkam Glenn Williams, Sr. and Emmitt Marie Lindsay Williams; her husband Rufus B. Parnell, Sr.; her great grandchild Zack Thornton; and her siblings, Glenn Williams, Mary Blackmon, Marie Daughtery, Malone Williams, Thomas "Bud" Williams, Seldon Williams and Clara Ann Busby.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Singleton (Ronnie), Brenda Boggs, Rusty Parnell (Burnette), Andy Parnell (Brenda), Bruce Parnell, Lamar Parnell and Glenda Parnell; and her grandchildren, Dewayne Singleton, Rhonda Downey, Dana Boggs, Carey Sheffield, Barry Boggs, Jennifer Bailey, Alana Massey, Andy Parnell, Jr., Holly Morris, Bruce Keith Parnell, Brandie Parnell, Rufus Lee Parnell, Nancy Parnell and Coby Powell. She is also survived by great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
