He is survived by: his wife Ann "Patsy" Downey Seibert; his daughter Teddy Busby (Jack); his grandson John Raine Gordon; his sisters, Janis Lowe and Joan Payne; and his nephew Olin Retirees. He is also survived by in laws, nieces, and nephews.
