He is survived by: his wife Sharon Poole Adams of Summerdale; his children, William John Adams (Sandra) of Fairhope, James Richard Adams (Valerie) of Duluth and Kimberly Darlene Adams of Summerdale; his grandchildren, Jordan of Fairhope, Allison Adams of Fairhope and Kendall Adams of Duluth; and his brothers, Michael Adams of Mobile and David Adams of Mobile.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Camp Rap A Hope, Girls and Boys Club and Girl Scouts.
