It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Samantha Louise Mathews of Summerdale, Alabama, born in Champaign, Illinois, who passed away on September 18, 2021, at the age of 40, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her former spouse Mitch Williams; her parents, Timothy A. Mathews and Sandra L. Mathews; her daughters, Nevaeh L. Mathews and Lily M. Mathews; her brother Timothy A. Mathews (Jess); her grandmother Carol N. J. Spaulding Chase; and her nieces and nephews, Kaiden A. Mathews, Ella J. Mathews and Wyatt E. Mathews. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
