He is survived by: his wife Beverly Mannich; his children, Lucretia Davis (Bill), Wayne Mannich and Rebecca Frolik (Mike); his grandchildren, Amber, Danny Cornell, Maegan, Trevor McGee, Caleb, Amy Davis, Brandon Frolik, Hope Johnson and Michaela Frolik; his great grandchildren, Christopher, Abby, Emma, Bella, Vera, Eli, Rory and Ezra; his sisters-in-law, Donna Crowder and Barbara Humphries; and his sister Mary Ann Underwood. He is also survived by birds and animals.
