He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Ratcliff and Margaret Ratcliff; his siblings, Patricia, Mary Francis Ratcliff and Joseph Ratcliff; and his pet Sophie.
He is survived by: his wife Judi Ratcliff; his daughter Tamara Fischer (Greg); his grandchildren, Pierce, Margaret and Ruthanne; and his brother Thomas Repka.
