She is survived by: her children, Reba Givens (Jay), Pam Givens (Hank) and Terry Middleton; her siblings, Nancy Horton and Jimmy Wallace; and her grandchildren, Stephanie Givens, Amanda Galaviz, Kimberly Honzik, Jennifer Givens and Tiffany Odom.
