He was predeceased by: his father Gerald Dennis Clark, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Sarah Mikkelsen (Eugene); his sisters, Sarah D. Clark, Denessa Clark and Valerie Montgomery (Todd); his stepsister Trish Mikkelsen; his aunts, Lee Krueger (Larry), Billie Etheridge and Barbara West; his nieces and nephews, Timothy, Thomas Raughton, Catherine and Hannah Mikkelsen; and his great-nephew Micah Montgomery.
The family will except all flower donations.
