He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Jessie "Bo" and Gladys MaeBell Sasser Smith; his siblings, Gerald, Terrell, Eddie Smith, Sue Hendrix and Dianne Argenziano; and his great grandchild Jackson Shane.
He is survived by: his wife Dianna Tidwell Smith of Summerdale, AL; his children, Travis Smith (Martha) of Summerdale, AL, Trey Smith (Alicia) of Foley, AL and Jessica Mitchell of Summerdale, AL; his grandchildren, Kayla Warren (Joe) of Enterprise, AL, Kelsey Lindley (Jacob) of Enterprise, Al Adrianna Smith of Dothan, AL, Terra Harris (Jacob) of Geneva, AL, Dawson Smith of Summerdale, AL, Baylee Smith of Summerdale, Al Nathan Smith of Foley and Al Trent Smith of Foley; his great grandchildren, Jay Berry of Dothan, Al Hazel Grace Lindley of Enterprise, Al Brooklyn Warren of Enterprise and Paisleigh Harris of Geneva, AL.; and his brother Tommy Smith of Black. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
