It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deloris Andersen Porter (Summerdale, Alabama), who passed away on April 13, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Andersen and Mattie Andersen; and her granddaughter Brooke Lee Harris. She is survived by: her husband Darrell Porter; her daughters, Darlyn Byrd and Darlene Harris (Greg); her brothers, Raymond Andersen, Jr. (Liz) and Arthur Andersen (Pat); her grandchildren, Crystal Lael Houk, Reannon Davis and Holley Byrd; and her great grandchildren, Trinity, Darren, Brooks, Jaqlin, Austin and Ethan.
A private family graveside service will be held because of Covid 19.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Greenwood Community Covenant Church General Fund, 21950 County Road 36, Summerdale, AL 36580, A Celebration of Mrs. Porter's Life will be held at the Greenwood Community Covenant Church and announced at a later time.
