He is survived by: his wife Candy Headley of Sumiton; his children, Matthew Headley of Sumiton, Jonathan Headley of Sumiton, Brittney Entrekin (Anthony) of Talladega, Amberly Duffner (Tyler) of Tennessee and Peyton Entrekin of Sumiton; his stepson Steven Spradlin of Brookside; his grandchildren, Danika Headley, Annabelle Duffner, Brady Duffner, Harper Duffner and Noah Entrekin; his mother Vera Johnson of Clanton; and his sisters, Pamela Headley of Clanton, Paula Headley of Maplesville and Tammy Payton of Clanton. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
