He is survived by: his wife Frances Elizabeth "Beth" Ragland Calloway; his mother Imogene Callaway; his children, Terry Calloway, Jr., Jacob Calloway, Cassy Callaway, Elizabeth Calloway, Charles Calloway and Avory Marsh; his siblings, Jerry L. Calloway and Kelly Young; and his grandchildren, Braylee Calloway and Sydney Calloway. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other dear family members.
