He is survived by: his wife Leah Parker; his children, Keith Johnson (Tasha), Kayla Johnson (Lee), Matt Parker (Cassie) and Mallori Dozier (Cody); his siblings, Mark Johnson, Connie Reed, Terri Lynn Middleton (Rod), Johnny Burnett (Karen) and Cindy Calabrese; his godmother Martha Burnette; his grandchildren, Keilea, Elizabeth, Everleigh, Kyla, Liam, Mia, Maci, Isaiah, Kaden, Bentley, Kodi Annlea, Kenslee, Kaselyn and Colby; his great grandchild Oakley; and his brothers, Buddie Langston and Keith Ferguson. He is also survived by numerous other family members, friends, and friends.
