She is survived by: her sons, Hayden Clark of Sumiton, AL, Isic Clark of Sumiton, AL and Harlie Fowler of Jasper, AL; her mother Mary Ann Thomas of Jasper, AL; and her sister Lisa Key of Jasper, AL. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
