He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Jackson and Era Mae Putman Phillips; his wife Charlette Phillips; his daughter Debbie Ritch; his grandson Daniel Hodges; and his sisters, Betty Cranford and Kay Dooley.
He is survived by: his children, Darlene Davis, Victor Phillips and Sandy Phillips; and his brother-in-law Rusty Dooley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
