Johnie was predeceased by: parents, Talmadge Wells and Lilli Mae Glover Wells; and brother Joe Neal Wells. Johnie is survived by: wife Patricia Ann Wells; daughters, Stephanie Patterson (Gary), Michelle Phillips (Ronnie) and Jennifer Ferguson (Johnny Wayne); and grandchildren, Garrett David Lee Patterson, Nathaniel Carl Mason Patterson, Ian Phillips (Katie), Macon Grant Phillips and Ashlee Brooke Mitchell.
