She is survived by: her son Carl Carpenter (Angie); her grandchildren, Ke'haulani Bohannon (Zach), Deven Carpenter, Breanna Carpenter, Leesa Carpenter, Mattie Lewis and Carla Davis; her nieces and nephews, David Carpenter, Adrian Carpenter, Kevin Jones, Matthew Blackmon, Sara Thompson and Anna Blackmon; her sister Laura Carpenter; and her brother-in-law Steve Blackmon.
