He was predeceased by: his wives, Mildred Allen Caradine and Charlotte Ann Caradine; his parents, Carl McCormick Caradine and Mary Pauline Caradine; and his siblings, Linda Joyce Caradine, Mary Pauline Caradine, Shirley Ann Wilson and Dal Franklin Caradine.
He is survived by: his children, Wayne Allen, Jerry "Buck" Caradine, Jr. (Sherry), Jimmy "Bo" Caradine (Tracy), Debbie Hendrix (Andy) and Jody Caradine (Susan); and his siblings, Carley Jean Harden, Brenda Edwards (Aaron) and David Caradine. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
