He is survived by: his wife Deborah Spradlin; his sons, David Townley (Kimmie), Harold Spradlin (Kasey), William Spradlin (Stephany) and Joe Spradlin (Randee); and his sister Margaret Louise Smith. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
