He is survived by: his father Lonnie Ballenger (Carol); his sisters, Cindy Maury and Lori Ballenger; and his children, Jordan Phillips, Thomas Ballenger, Jennifer Tucker and Daniel Mickel. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
