She was predeceased by: her husband Jimmy Harold LeVan; her sons, Timothy Harold LeVan and Steven Ray LeVan; her mother Lorene Thursby; and her stepfather Shorty Thursby.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Stephanie Brooke LeVan; and her great grandchildren, Jordan Lexis Rosser, Kha'Layah Raeigh Softley and Kha'Miyah Chantrese Softley.
