He is survived by: his wife Lorrie Estes; his pets, Dixie and Casper; his sons, Jonathon Fendley, Anthony Fendley (Racheal), David England (Hannah), Andrew Estes and Dwight Estes (Bethanie); his sister Rena Purser; his niece Ariel Punky Purser; his brother Randy Bones Purser; and his grandchildren, Savannah, Jazmine, Alexander England, Andrew Estes III, Jennifer, Byrum Estes and Olivia Forster.
