He is survived by: his siblings, Melissa McDaniel, Tracy Madison and Stan Madison; his stepmother Ann Madison; his niece Kelsey Purser; his nephews, Mark Madison, Luke Madison, Caleb Madison, Tye Madison and Brent Hartley; and his close friend Carol Lockhart.
