She was predeceased by: her parents, Audie Harris and Maggie Mae Merchant; her husband Thomas Kyles; her son Bruce Ballard; and her siblings, Wallace Harris, Jimmy Harris, Danny "Doodle" Harris and Betty Ann Mordecai.
She is survived by: her children, Kenny Ballard (Donna), Steve Ballard, Smithville, Gene Flynn, Formerly of Sulligent, AL., Gracie Carter of Vernon, AL and Tracie Rogers; and her sister Ruthy Moore (J. B.).
