She is survived by: her husband Mike Patrick of Sulligent, AL; her daughters, Christina White (Richard), Elizabeth Hollis, Steens and Amanda Otts (Josh); and her siblings, Charles Cunningham of Vernon, AL, Earl Cunningham (Betty), Aberdeen, Bobby Cunningham, Martha Dean Robertson of Sulligent, AL and Margie White.
